Backstory: When she was 18, Alice and her older sister were kidnapped by the criminal organization known as Checkmate. The Red Queen, leader of Checkmate, wanted to make Alice a valuable minion and injected Alice with a serum that enhanced her agility and stamina. Once Alice had gained these abilities, she used them to escape from Checkmate. Alice then decided to use her powers to fight crime as the super heroine Diamond
